Kreuzimpfung?… Cross vaccination?…

Erst Astra/Zeneca für Jüngere – dann für vorrangig für Ältere und Alte und bei Biontec/Pfizer genau anders herum. Ob solche Kehrwendungen zur Impfskepsis beitragen? Klar ist doch -oder sollte sein- dass die Entwicklung eines Impfstoffes ungewöhnlich schnell standfand. Das gelang offensichtlich, indem auf vorhandene Substanzen quasi aufgesetzt wurde. Daran ist u.a. erkennbar, wie wichtig Forschung generell ist.

Nun die Erkenntnis und Empfehlung einer sogenannten Kreuzimpfung. Erstimpfung – Astra/Zeneca (Vaczine), Zweitimpfung Biontech/Pfizer (mRNA). Zwei unterschiedliche Prinzipien, deren Wirkung im Netz nachlesbar sind. Die Kreuzimpfung ist die neueste Erkenntnis aus den statistischen Erhebungen.

Daraus ergeben sich Fragen: Nach der ersten Impfung mit Astra doch noch die zweite mit Astra oder warten, bis Biontech zur Verfügung steht. In Arztpraxen z.B.? Die Erstgeimpften dürften verunsichert sein. Ist das Wasser auf die Mühlen der Impfgegner? Wird im Herbst eine Drittimpfe fällig und nötig sein? Und so weiter…

Meine Entscheidung: Nach meiner Erstimpfung mit Astra/Zeneca stand am 17.06.2021 der Termin zur Zweitimpfe an. Bewusst habe ich mich wieder für Astra/Zeneca entschieden. Meine Ärztin befand meine Entscheidung für richtig und die Zweitimpfe sitzt. Impfverlauf= Die Erstimpfe: Zwei Tage müde und antriebslos. Die Zweitimpfe: Völlig problemlos! Der Vollschutz ist nun nach 14 Tagen gegeben und das in einer Apotheke ausgestellte Impfzertifikat ist in der Corona-Warn-App eingescannt.

Fazit: Erstgeipfte mit Astra/Zeneca sollten sich nicht verunsichern lassen und für die Zweitimpfe den gleichen Impfstoff wählen und spritzen lassen. Ein signifikanter Unterschied im Vergleich zur Kreuzimpfung (Benchmark) wird zahlenmäßig ausdrückbar aber eben nicht so signifikant sein, wie suggeriert. Eine Auffrischungsimpfung im Herbst halte ich bei der Variantenbildung der Viren für wahrscheinlich.

Eine Covid-19-Infektion mit unabsehbaren Folgen steht in keinem akzeptablen Verhältnis zu einem Impfschutz ! Ich stehe zu meiner Entscheidung und fühle mich ‚abwehrbereit’… Eine richtige Entscheidung !

It is clear – or should be – that the development of a vaccine took place unusually quickly. This was obviously achieved by building on existing substances, so to speak. This shows, among other things, how important research is in general.

Now the knowledge and recommendation of a so-called cross-vaccination. First vaccination – Astra/Zeneca (Vaczine), second vaccination Biontech/Pfizer (mRNA). Two different principles, the effect of which can be read on the net. Cross-vaccination is the latest finding from statistical surveys.

This raises questions: After the first vaccination with Astra, still the second with Astra or wait until Biontech is available. In doctors‘ offices, for example? Those vaccinated for the first time are likely to be unsettled. Is this grist to the mill of the vaccination opponents? Will a third vaccination be due and necessary in the fall? And so on…

My decision: After my first vaccination with Astra/Zeneca, the appointment for the second vaccination was due on 17.06.2021. I deliberately chose Astra/Zeneca again. My doctor thought I had made the right decision and the second vaccination was a success. Course of vaccination= The first vaccination: Two days tired and listless. The second vaccination: Completely without problems! Full protection is now in place after 14 days and the vaccination certificate issued in a pharmacy is scanned in the Corona warning app.

Conclusion: First-time vaccinators with Astra/Zeneca should not be unsettled and should choose the same vaccine for the second vaccination and have it injected. A significant difference compared to the cross-vaccination (benchmark) will be numerically expressible but just not as significant as suggested. I consider a booster vaccination in the fall to be probable in view of the variant formation of the viruses.

A Covid-19 infection with unforeseeable consequences is not in any acceptable relation to a vaccination protection ! I stand by my decision and feel ‚ready to defend’… A right decision !
