Gegen die bösartigen Akteure –so nennt die US-Administration die Kommunistische Partei Chinas (KPCh)- wollen die USA eine saubere Festung um die Daten ihrer Bürger ziehen und fordern die verbündeten Staaten und Partner in Regierung und Industrie auf der ganzen Welt auf, sich anzuschließen. Ist das die saubere und richtige Formulierung des US-amerikanischen Chefdiplomaten, Außenminister Mike Pompeo? Das klingt nach Georg-Doppel-U’s – ‚Achse des Bösen’… Holzhammerpolitik à la Trump. „Wie der Herr, so’s Gescherr…„ (Das mit der NSA war ja halb so schlimm und im nationalen Interesse…?). Oder ist es realistisch, z.B. Huawei-Smartphones zu boykottieren? Was ist da dran, an den Spionagevorwürfen, ausgehend von den vermutet manipulierten apps (mit spyware) wie Tiktok und Wechat? Alles nur Behauptungen? Huawei weist solche Vorwürfe vehement zurück. Schließlich steht auch die Beteiligung am europäischen 5G- Ausbau an.
Huawei und 5G … ein Türöffner? Das Ohr nach Westen für China? Nichts ist bewiesen. So oder so. Millionen nutzen deren Smartphones im sog. Westen samt Facebook usw.. Sind alle im Tal der Ahnungslosen und Verharmloser? Ob die sich dann weiterhin Huawei-Smartphones kaufen, ist wohl mehr als fraglich. Zu einfach gedacht! -> Oder läuft sowas in beide Richtungen? Blauäugig wäre, das nicht zu denken. Also kommt es immer darauf an, wer die ‚größte Posaune hat‚ und sie am Wirkungsvollsten einsetzt. Beide Seiten –China und die USA– beschuldigen sich gegenseitig der Bespitzelung zur Erringung und Festigung der Spitzenposition in –so gut wie– allen Bereichen.
Der chinesische Außenminister Wang Yi weist Pompeos Vorwürfe deutlich zurück und spricht von einer Monopolstellung in der US-Technologie und davon, ‚andere Länder ihres eigentlichen Rechts auf Entwicklung zu berauben‚. Krieg der Worte. Wem kann man trauen – dem Trumpismus oder dem chinesischen Drachen? Ich jedenfalls traue der Trump-Administration nicht von hier bis zur nächsten Tür. Solange China nicht mit sich über die Einhaltung der Menschenrechte reden lässt und diese auch tatsächlich an die oberste Stelle rückt, ist allgemeine Skepsis angesagt. Ein Land, in dem sich der Präsident die Regentschaft auf Lebenszeit sicherte. Also auch kein Vertrauen bis dahin? Die staatlichen Egoismen beider Mächte bestimmen die Lautstärke der jeweiligen ‚Posaunen‘ und kommen sich dabei in die Quere.
Es kommen nur vermehrte Konflikte dabei heraus, wenn keine friedliche Koexistenz durch ein ‚Aufeinander-Zugehen‚ erreicht wird. Worin sowas ausartet, zeigt die gesamte Geschichte und insbesondere das 20. Jahrhundert. Rhetorische Scharfmacherei und Abgrenzung sind gefährliche Waffen. Hinzu kommt noch die Unberechenbarkeit der Führungspersonen und schon ist die Gemengelage explosiv. Keiner macht den Anfang und so schaukelt sich das Ganze auf – bis der kleinste Anlass den größstmöglichen Wahn- und Unsinn nach sich zieht.
Ein sicheres, allem kriminellen Handeln widerstehendes Netzwerk ist eine gute Sache. So ein Bollwerk sollte sich gegen Kriminelle im Netz richten. In und aus allen Ländern und nicht jeweils national. Es kann nicht genug verhandelt und von Fachleuten und Wissenschaftlern geforscht und gehandelt werden – unabhängig von politischen und ideologischen Einflüssen und Vorgaben. Warum sollte das ein Traum sein, wenn sich ca. 7 1/2 Milliarden Menschen nicht länger gängeln und hinter die Fichte führen lassen? Die Politik, die das nicht a priori auf dem Schirm hat, ist unfähig und zu national macht- und systemorientiert. Erreicht wird ein solches Ziel aber nicht, weil es sich hierbei um evolutionär geprägte Menschen handelt – und das sind alle.
Also muss die Direktive ‚Wir‘ erst einmal als solche erkannt und die oberste Richtschnur werden. Ob das mit Trump, Xi Jinping und wie sie alle heißen, realisierbar ist, ist eine blanke Illusion. Also trommeln und posaunen sie alle weiter und leben nicht schlecht dabei – auf Kosten der Steuerzahler, die den Mummenschanz finanzieren dürfen.
Alles im Sinne des Schutzes der Privatsphäre soll die Überschrift sein. Warum soll denn einer Seite vertraut werden, wenn die andere Seite ähnliche Vorwürfe erhebt? Beweisbar können Vorgänge nur sein, wenn beide Seiten gemeinsam daran arbeiten und gemeinsam ‚Unstimmigkeiten‘ beseitigen. Das zu ermöglichen, macht eine Politik im Sinne aller Menschen aus. Punkt.

Against the malevolent actors – as the US administration calls the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) – the US wants to build a clean fortress around the data of its citizens and calls on allied states and partners in government and industry around the world to join. Is this the clean and correct formulation of US chief diplomat, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo? That sounds like George Double U’s, Axis of Evil… Sledgehammer politics a la Trump. „As the Lord, so sayeth the…“ (The thing with the NSA was not that bad and in the national interest…?). Or is it realistic to boycott e.g. Huawei smartphones? What’s the truth about the spying allegations, based on the presumably manipulated apps (with spyware) like Tiktok and Wechat? All just allegations? Huawei vehemently rejects such accusations. After all, participation in the European 5G expansion is also on the agenda.
Huawei and 5G… a door opener? The ear to the west for China? Nothing is proven. Either way. Millions use their smartphones in the so-called West, including Facebook and so on. Is everyone in the valley of the unsuspecting and trivialized? Whether they will continue to buy Huawei smartphones is more than questionable. Too simple thought! -> Or does something like this go both ways? It would be naïve not to think so. So it always depends on who ‚has the biggest trombone‘ and uses it most effectively. Both sides -China and the USA- accuse each other of spying on each other in order to achieve and consolidate the top position in almost all areas.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi clearly rejects Pompeo’s accusations and speaks of a monopoly position in US technology and of ‚depriving other countries of their real right to development‘. War of words. Who can be trusted – Trumpism or the Chinese dragon? I for one do not trust the Trump administration from here to the next door. As long as China does not allow itself to be talked to about respect for human rights, and as long as it does not actually put them at the top of the agenda, there will be general scepticism. A country in which the president has secured the regency for life. So no trust until then? The state egoisms of both powers determine the volume of the respective ‚trombones‘ and get in each other’s way.
Conflicts will only increase if peaceful coexistence is not achieved by ‚coming together‘. All of history, and especially the 20th century, shows what this degenerates into. Rhetorical incisiveness and demarcation are dangerous weapons. Add to this the unpredictability of the leaders and the conflict is explosive. Nobody makes the start and so the whole thing builds up – until the smallest cause causes the greatest possible madness and nonsense.
A secure network that resists all criminal activity is a good thing. Such a bulwark should be directed against criminals on the net. In and out of all countries, not nationally. Not enough can be negotiated and researched and traded by experts and scientists – regardless of political and ideological influences and guidelines. Why should this be a dream when about 7 1/2 billion people no longer let themselves be led by the nose and behind the spruce? Politics, which does not have this a priori on its screen, is incapable and too nationally power and system oriented. However, such a goal will not be achieved, because these are evolutionary people – and they all are.
So the ‚We‘ directive must first be recognized as such and become the ultimate guideline. Whether this can be achieved with Trump, Xi Jinping and what they are all called, is a mere illusion. So they all keep on drumming and tromboning and live quite well – at the expense of the taxpayers who are allowed to finance the Mummenschanz.
Everything in terms of privacy protection should be the heading. Why should one side be trusted when the other side makes similar accusations? Procedures can only be proven if both sides work together on them and eliminate ‚inconsistencies‘ together. To make this possible is a policy in the interest of all people. Full stop.
